How long will my order take to arrive?


The shipping time of each product is found in the "Delivery and Returns" section on the product page. You will be informed by e-mail for the products you order. The time of preparation and delivery of the orders placed is specified in the "product information" section specific to the product on each product page. Our cargoes depart from İzmir, Turkey. Our company is not responsible for delays caused by the cargo company. In case of a delay or cancellation caused by our company, the buyer will be informed. That's why membership is complete and accurate information is important. Delivery is not possible on holidays.

In addition, by logging in to our site, you can view your orders from "My Account" section and follow the status of your order.




Can I return my order?


Since the products are personalized according to your wishes and produced specially for you, we do not have a return option. In case of problems arising from production, the packaging of the product you want to change must be undamaged, unused. You should get the product (s) you want to replace and send it with the original box and all accessories after your return request is approved. You can exercise your right to return within 5 business days.




What forms of payment do you accept?


We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express credit cards and debit cards.




Can I cancel my order?


Since the products are put into production upon order, you can cancel your order within 24 hours after creating your order. To cancel, you must inform info@sanemikoshoes.com by notifying us of your Order Code. Your refund will be charged on your credit card within 10 business days. The period of reflection of the banks to the account varies. Cancellation requests exceeding 24 hours will not be accepted.




What shipping provider do you use?


We are working with FedEx, DHL and TNT Express. It takes between 1 to 5 working days for your order to get delivered to you after shipping.




Can I exchange my order?


In our shoe models, if you have a problem with the number, you have the right to change free of charge on the same model. For other reasons, unless there is a manufacturing defect, the change cannot be accepted due to the personalization of your side. For stocked products, you can make your change request for the product / products you have purchased within 5 working days from the date you receive your order. Requests for change will be evaluated and returned to you. In order to change the product / products you have purchased; First of all, after your order arrives, if you want to exchange, you must inform us within 2 days. For exchange, you can contact us by mail. In exchange transactions, both shipping costs (round trip) belongs to the customer. You must write the product code and name of the other product you requested for the change in the package / cargo. The product should be sent back with its original box / packaging and label. (It is not acceptable to change the products that are stained, torn, dismantled, worn out, skin worn, taped with a shipping bag.) Product or products you want to exchange will be shipped to you as soon as possible after confirming the suitability of the product (s) you send back for change to the conditions of change.




Can I change the design or detail (color, heel height, etc.) on a shoe on your site?


You can request a change of color, heel length, heel thickness, nose and heel opening and closure, pattern and decoration on a shoe on our site. For this, please contact us at info@sanemikoshoes.com before ordering. As a result of the changes, the price of the product may vary.




How do I measure my feet?


We are able to produce your shoes by your measurements to make sure that they fit you perfectly.
Step 1 - Put your foot on a blank sheet of paper. Outline your foot on your pencil. Hold a pencil atilt to a foot as close as possible (see pic. 1).
Step 2 - Then measure the length from the extreme point of a heel to the longest toe of your foot along the B line. You will measure this on the paper with the ruler between the longest distance that you drew at Step 1, not on your feet. (see pic. 2).
Step 3 - To determine a foot fitting, measure metatarsus girth (according to pic. 1 and 3 —along the A line, that is, between the most salient bones of inner and outer foot arches). For this step, don’t forget that you need to wrap to ruler around your feet.
Please do it for your left foot and right foot.
Final measurements will be: A-left, B-left, A-right, B-right.
